Jay Z & Beyoncé Are Renting A Mansion In L.A. For $150k A Month

Jay Z and Beyoncé have picked out a pretty amazing home to rent in Holmby Hills. It's no secret that Jay Z and Beyoncé have a whole lot of money to their names, but right now, they're still looking to rent rather than own, at least when it comes to living in L.A. The couple just did the paperwork for a $45 million space in Holmby Hills, but rather than dropping 8 figures on a home, they're going with a more reasonable 6-figure rent. Hove and Bey will pay $150k per month for the 20,000 square foot mansion, which they've signed a one-year lease for. It's a pretty smart decision if the two are looking to move around a lot over the next few years without being tied to properties, and if you're Jay Z and Beyoncé, why wouldn't you?

Rick Ross Announces New Album Title

Rick Ross reveals the title of his new album is "Black Market." defendant Rick Ross was on The Breakfast Club on Power 105.1 this morning, where he not only premiered his new single "Sorry," he revealed the title of the album it's attached too. Rozay actually delivered a more candid interview than usual, he tends to dance around questions and not truly answer them, but during the 27-minute Breakfast Club interview he actually does deliver some useful answers. He also brought his fiancee, Lira Galore (or Lira Mercer) along, and the two even displayed some PDA with Lira sitting on Rozay's lap and Rozay busting a smile (!). During the interview, Ross addresses how he was sued for rape recently, despite not being named as a defendant or being involved. He also spoke on the Meek Mill/Drake beef ("it's good for the culture"), and whether or not the two would ever collaborate again. From Rozay's perspective the beef was light work (unlike Ross' own beef with 50 Cent). Towards the end of the interview, Ross speaks on the impact of his Black Dollar mixtape, and reveals the title of his new album-- Black Market. He really doesn't any specifics about the album apart from the title, and the fact that it'll be in stores in December. "You know, we don't really experiment a lot, ya dig," Ross says as he led up to the album title. "But we do is build on what we got and take it to the next level. And I think that's what this project is a lot about-- you know just touching the streets with Black Dollar and introducing them to the new album, which is titled Black Market."

Rihanna Covers Vanity Fair; Talks Past Relationship With Chris Brown & More

Rihanna opens up in her cover story for Vanity Fair; talks past relationships with Matt Kemp, Chris Brown, hooking up for fun, and more. Magazine companies sure do love Bad Girl Ri-Ri. A week after her appearance in Fader’s 100th issue, Rihanna is now gracing the front cover of Vanity Fair's November issue. Shot in Old Havana, Cuba by world renowned photographer Annie Leibovitz, the cover finds Ri-Ri rockin’ her vibrant red hair & revealing top, while standing up against an old school car. However luckily, that’s not the only photo of Ri-Ri we get to see as Leibovitz also took candids of her lying down naked on a bed (sorry guys it’s just the butt), kicking it in a bar, and being one with the people of Cuba while in the streets (see gallery). As for the cover story itself, that’s where all the juicy info lies. Sitting down with Vanity’s Lisa Robinson, Rihanna opened up a lot personally in the magazine, talking about her past relationships with Chris Brown, Matt Kemp, hooking for fun, and what she looks for in a man. She later touched on more career-oriented topics as well, including being discovered by Jay Z, working in the past with Eminem, and creating her badass image given by the media. The entire in-depth cover story can be read over at Vanity Fair (which we suggest), but for now we’ve added a few excerpts for you to check out in the meantime. And don't forget to peep the sexy cover shoot she did in the gallery above as well. On hooking up for fun: “If I wanted to I would completely do that. I am going to do what makes me feel happy, what I feel like doing. But that would be empty for me; that to me is a hollow move. I would wake up the next day feeling like shit. When you love somebody, that’s different. Even if you don’t love them per se, when you care enough about somebody and you know that they care about you, then you know they don’t disrespect you. And it’s about my own respect for myself. A hundred percent.” On giving Chris Brown a second chance: “I was that girl. That girl who felt that as much pain as this relationship is, maybe some people are built stronger than others. Maybe I’m one of those people built to handle shit like this. Maybe I’m the person who’s almost the guardian angel to this person, to be there when they’re not strong enough, when they’re not understanding the world, when they just need someone to encourage them in a positive way and say the right thing.” On her relationship with Chris Brown now: “I don’t hate him. I will care about him until the day I die. We’re not friends, but it’s not like we’re enemies. We don’t have much of a relationship now.” Her thoughts on Rachel Dolezal: “I think she was a bit of a hero, because she kind of flipped on society a little bit. Is it such a horrible thing that she pretended to be black? Black is a great thing, and I think she legit changed people’s perspective a bit and woke people up.”

Drake Brought Future Out To Perform "WATTBA" Tracks At Austin City Limits

Drake and Future did a selection of new songs in Austin Saturday night. Just before dropping their joint project, Future brought Drake out during his set in Toronto, and last night at Austin City Limits, Drizzy returned the favor. As a result, we got to see some What A Time To Be Alive songs performed for the first time live, as the two rappers ran through "Big Rings," "Digital Dash," "Jumpman," and more. The Austin crowd was definitely feeling the new material, and seeing a couple clips from the show, the songs work well in a live setting, though next time we hope they break out "Diamonds Dancing". Last night we also got to hear a more complete version on Drizzy's leaked Beyonce collaboration, "Can I". It's still rumored that Drake will be releasing his fourth studio album, Views From The Six, before the year's end, but we'll believe it when we see it.

Amber Rose's Mom To Kanye West: "F*CK Yo 30 Showers!"

Amber Rose's mother had a message for Kanye West while marching in her daughter's SlutWalk. Today (Oct. 3), Amber Rose held her first ever SlutWalk in L.A. The parade's mission is to put an end to slut-shaming and other forms of bullying directed at women and other marginalized groups. After the event kicked off, Rose posted a picture on Instagram of her mother walking in the parade holding a sign that reads, "FUCK YO 30 showers!" The sign is a response to the comments Kanye West made about Amber, his ex-girlfriend, earlier this year on The Breakfast Club, when he said, "I had to take 30 showers before I got with Kim," in response to Amber's allegations that Kim sent Kanye naked pictures while they were still together. We tend to think of West as one of the more progressive figures in the industry, so it's surprising to look back on his degrading comments. Props to Amber, and her mother, for taking ownership of the now infamous insult.

Travi$ Scott Gives His Chain To A Young Fan With "Rodeo" Tattoo

Travi$ Scott gives his chain to a young fan who has a "Rodeo" tattoo. Travi$ Scott caught some negative attention for his antics at a recent concert, when he hurled homophobic slurs at his fans for their lack of energy, so it's good to see him doing something genuine for an adoring fan. Scott is currently in France (where Rihanna is,too), and he just met a young fan who, at age 14, has already adorned his body with a "Rodeo" tattoo. Travi$ was so impressed that he gave the Parisian rager the chain off his neck. "Ur my idol kiddo," Scott wrote on Instagram.

Black Star (Mos Def & Talib Kweli) To Reunite In Australia

Black Star are reuniting for a short tour in Australia. It's now been 17 years since Black Star, the duo of Mos Def, now known as Yasiin Bey, and Talib Kweli, released their one and only album, Mos Def & Talib Kweli Are Black Star. Though Bey and Kweli have each been busy with their solo careers, it has just been announced that Black Star will reunite for a tour in Australia and New Zealand. This doesn't do too much for us in the Western Hemisphere, so hopefully the short-lived reunion tour is a prelude for more to come. The world could certainly use another Black Star album. Check out dates below. 10/22/15: Brisbane, Australia 10/24/15: Sydney, Australia 10/25/15: Melbourne, Australia 10/26/15: Auckland, New Zealand
