Official Vizion Signs deal Freemantle Media
It’s been a journey for artist and ceo of Nashville TN label, Official Vizion. With its conception after O.N.A.’s collapse a coalition of artist from music city. Leader Z aka Zeus would later go on to create Official Vizion, entertainment label directly after. From humble beginnings the label would receive its fair share of light after the release of “Ordained”! The success of the mixtape would propel the label too new heights attracting the attention of Freemantle Media, a television production company . This deal is apparently one of many and worth a lot of money. The details of how much haven’t been specified. Stay tune to find out what other moves Z’s camp is making!

Tyga Faces 3rd Lawsuit From A Landlord
Apparently Tyga has a thing for not paying rent.
Tyga has been at the center of a second public dispute with his landlord, who claimed he hadn’t been paying rent on his $17,000 a month Hollywood Hills mansion. Apparently, Tyga has a third legal dispute with a landlord on his hands, this time for a space he rented for his clothing company Egypt Last Kings Clothing.
As TMZ reports, Tyga had been using the rented space as a retail shop for Last Kings, but the landlord found the unit abandoned in June 2015. No trace of Tyga or anyone else who had lived there, except for some not-so-subtle redecoration. Tyga or someone in his crew had apparently painted the doors black with Egyptian patters, painted over the ceiling tiles and had spilled ink across most of the 5,000 square feet of concrete flooring. To top it, off, the landlord is claiming that someone poured ink down the drain, which violates more than one environmental regulation and is just all around bad for the environment. As for his Last Kings line? You can check out their website for yourself, because apparently Tyga doens't like to pay rent on digital properties either.
The landlord is seeking $75,000 for repairs to the rental, plus five months of rent. Because of course Tyga didn’t pay his rent. That being said, Tyga has defended himself by claiming the damages were the landlord’s doing and that the building wasn’t up to code, which caused the environmental fines.
Post Malone Says He Has New Music Coming This Week
Could it be a single from Post Malone's new album?
We haven’t heard much from the out-of-nowhere sensation Post Malone aside from the odd rumor about his collaborators since he announced his album would be dropping in March. Of course, March is now almost over and we still don’t have the album, so time is running out for the “White Iverson” singer to make good on his tweet. He may be doing just that, according to an Instagram post from last night.
Post Malone shared a picture of himself holding a solid gold Air Jordan 11 necklace pendant, and told people as an aside, “don’t ask me about music, because it’s coming this week.” There’s still ample time for Post to drop a single and an album before the month is over, so we might have a lot more from the Texas artist very soon.

Rich Homie Quan Says Young Thug Is Still His Best Friend
Even though Thug dissed him at a recent show, Rich Homie Quan has still got love for his former Rich Gang partner. And he intends to prove it on an upcoming track.
During a recent concert, before dropping "Lifestyle," still the biggest hit to his name, Young Thugshouted, "Hey, fuck Rich Homie!" -- Rich Homie being the other collaborator on the track, taken off their 2014 joint tape Tha Tour: Part 1, which they released as the duo Rich Gang. Since the dissolution of Rich Gang, Thug has seemed to disown his former partner, but Rich Homie Quan, on the other hand, has no interest in contributing to the bad blood, as evidenced in a new track he's planning to release, which he previewed last night on Instagram.
The unreleased track seems to provide Quan's take on the highly scrutinized Rich Gang breakup. "I had to separate myself from Rich Gang," lip syncs Quan as the track plays in the background. "No disrespect to Birdman," he continues. With the next line, Quan confirms that "Thugga Thugga still my BEST FRIEND, BEST FRIEND, BEST FRIEND," perhaps a nod to Thug's big hit off Slime Season. Then again, maybe Quan will drop a "Best Friend" of his own.
Rihanna's "ANTI" Returns To The Top Of The Billboard 200
After over a month spent in lower positions, Rihanna's "ANTI" is back at number one.
Rihanna pulled out a nail-biter against Kevin Gates about a month and a half ago when their respective albums ANTI and Islah were released, barely edging him out for the top spot on the Billboard 200. After that week at number one, Rih's surprise release ceded its spot to Future's EVOL, Kendrick Lamar's untitled unmastered, and of course, Adele's commercial juggernaut 25 in between. Now, after a month at number two or lower, ANTI's back on top.
Billboard's chart for the week of March 17th records 54,000 equivalent album units for Rih, 17,000 of which were deemed pure album sales. The rest, 69% of the total, came from streaming. Elsewhere, Adele moves down to number 2, Justin Bieber's Purpose moves up to 3, untitled unmastered falls back to 5, Islah sits at number 9, and Flatbush Zombies' 3001: A Laced Odyssey debuts at number 10 with 28,000 EAUs. Interestingly enough, 24,000 (about 85%) of that number came from pure album sales. So even though they're several rungs below Rihanna, FBZ sold more actual albums this past week.

Are Quavo & Rick Ross’ Ex-Fiance, Lira Galore, Dating?
According to rumors, Migos rapper Quavo & Rick Ross' ex, Lira Galore, are reportedly dating.
Rumors have been swirling online today that Rick Ross’ ex-fiance, Lira Galore, has a new man in her life and it’s reportedly Migos rapper Quavo.
According to TheShadeRoom, Quavo & Lira Galore were spotted together hanging out in the VIP of a club in North Carolina recently. While the video captured (below) doesn’t provide much proof of an exclusive relationship, reports are claiming the two are indeed an item.
Galore, who just ended her engagement with MMG’s Rick Ross, had rumors circulating back in November that she had cheated on Rozay with another rapper, causing their first initial break up. She later denied those allegations, but it’s now looking like that may have been Quavo, if true.

Young Thug Reveals Release Date For "Slime Season 3"
Young Thug's does another unique marketing approach to announce the release date for "Slime Season 3."
It looks like Young Thug has taken another unique approach for his latest news announcement. A couple weeks ago, Thugger was seen riding around the streets of ATL on horse in support of his upcoming "Hy!£UN35" tour, and now on Friday he did another off-the-wall marketing strategy to promote his upcoming Slime Season 3 project.
While down in Austin, Texas for this year’s SXSW Festival, Thugger decided to spray paint a black casket with the SS3 release date, logos, and his YSL apparel line all over it, and have it walk in a funeral procession down Austin’s busy 6th street while being led by a marching band. As expected, the marketing ploy worked, and many bystanders/fans were able to capture pictures of it on social media.
As for the Slime Season 3 release date, fans will be happy to hear that it arrives next week, March 25!
Yung Lean’s Tour Bus Shot At In Pittsburgh
Someone is gunning for the Sadboys.
Swedish rapper Yung Lean is currently on a US tour in support of his album Warlord, and played a show in Pittsburgh last night. After the show, it appears someone fired shots at Lean’s crew and their tour bus. Pittsburgh SWAT team had to be called to calm things down.
Yung Lean confirmed the shooting in a few now-deleted Instagram comments on his post thanking Pittsburgh for the show. We were also able to confirm the presence of SWAT based on a vine posted by Bladee, a frequently collaborator with Lean who’s on tour with him.

Z Rejects Google Play Deal & Signs another deal
We had received word that the Official Vizion camp was making power moves by signing deals with companies like “Freemantle”, but now weve gotten word that rapper/ceo of Official Vizion has denied a deal with google play reported to be worth 500,000-2,000,000! Definitely a large sum of money compared to a normal income! We’re receiving word that Z turned down the deal because he felt that “Official Vizion” could make more money outside of the deal and it would be restricting for the labels growth! Stay tuned for more information on rapper Z aka Zeus!
Problem Reveals Release Date & Artwork For “Hotels 2”
Problem's "Hotels 2" arrives early next month.
Aside from a couple recent releases, Problem has been overall relatively quiet ever since he dropped off last summer’s Mollywood projects, but thankfully that’s all about to change here soon. On Thursday night, the West Coast spitter announced that his sequel to 2011’s Hotels mixtape will be arriving in just two weeks.
Due out April 1, Hotels 2: The Master Suite is being hosted by DJ Hed, and led by the previously heard single “Best Pussy,” which dropped earlier this week. Coinciding with the announcement, Problem also revealed the project’s artwork in the process as well, sharing both on twitter a couple hours ago.

Duke Was In The Studio With YG, Young Thug & Nipsey Hussle Last Night
Lil Duke was cooking something up last night with Young Thug, Nipsey Hussle and YG.
Now this is a dope collaboration in the making. Last night Lil Duke posted a picture to Instagram showing himself, YG, Young Thug and Nipsey Hussle together in the studio last night. As expected, double cups were in full effect.
No word on what the four artists were collaborating on, but Duke captioned the posts on Twitter and Instagram “ITS GONE BE A HOT SUMMER & WINTER.” Sounds like they’ve made more than one banger based from that recording session, but we’ll have to wait and see.
YG is currently working on his follow up to My Krazy Life, while Thugger is gearing up for his much-delayed album Hy!£UN35. Lil Duke has been putting out a lot of music as well, so it seems most likely this is something that will appear on a project of his. Of course, Lyor Cohen could throw a wrench in the whole process, as he may have done earlier today with statements that he would “bury” Slime Season 3.
Amber Rose Lets Her Nipple Go Free
Amber Rose finally frees the nipple, albeit with some minor resistance from Instagram.
Amber Rose is proud of her body, and she won't let conservative notions of how a female should present herself stop her from showing it off. Even she, however, has been hesitant to reveal two small regions on her voluptuous bosom, and those would be the nipples and their surrounding areolae, one per breast, for those unfamiliar.
We all have them, and Amber decided to free one of hers today in a picture taken by professional photographer Solmaz Saberi. Amber posted the picture, in which one of her breasts is covered by her white fur coat and the other is left wholly exposed, to her Twitter and Instagram accounts simultaneously.
It seems that Twitter has adopted a more progressive stance regarding which parts of the female body the platform is able to reveal than that of Instagram, which has remained stringent on its no-nipple policy. Still, the photo left on Amber's Instagram, which you can see below, doesn't leave much to the imagination, as she has obscured about 80% of the nipple in question with markings that match the photo's all-white background.

Mariah Carey Announces New Docu-Series On E! Network
Mariah Carey will be taking her talents to the small screen on E! network.
It looks like Mariah Carey is taking her talents to the small screen. On Tuesday, E! network announced that Mariah has an upcoming 8 part docu-series on the way called "Mariah’s World." The show will reportedly give fans a closer look into Mariah’s personal life, including motherhood, her career, tour life, and relationship with fiance billionaire James Packer.
”I refuse to call it a reality show,” she said to the NY Times. “I thought it would be a good opportunity to kind of, like, show my personality and who I am, even though I feel like my real fans have an idea of who I am,” she explained. “A lot of people have misperceptions about this and that.”
With filming beginning two weeks ago, the show is being produced by Bunim/Murray Productions, the same group behind “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” “I Am Cait” and “The Real World.” Jeff Jenkins, executive vice president for programming and development at Bunim/Murray, said that “Mariah’s World” would be shot differently from the company’s other shows.
Kanye West Updates “Wolves” Featuring Vic Mensa & Sia
Kanye West releases the updated version of "Wolves" featuring Vic Mensa & Sia.
Staying true to his word, Kanye West just released a new updated version of “Wolves” tonight on TIDAL featuring Vic Mensa & Sia, who were on the original version we first heard at the Yeezy 2 fashion show.
The Frank Ocean outro has now been added as a separate track entirely on The Life Of Pablo simply dubbed “Frank’s Track.” As for the highly anticipated Drake version we’re still waiting for, that’s anyones guess, but lets hope it’ll still sees the light of day someday.
For what it's worth, "Wolves" isn't the first record to be re-worked on either. Just the other day, Kanye fixed "Famous" on Tidal, switching up a couple lines and vocals from Rihanna.

Clippers Owner Responds To Kanye West's Request To Redesign Mascot
Kanye West asks Steve Ballmer if he can redesign the Clippers' mascot; Ballmer invites him to a game.
Earlier today, Kanye West embarked on yet another Twitter escapade, during which he revealed what he takes to be his greatest quality -- "I care." He also put forth his belief that it's possible for humans to create a utopia. After logging off for a couple of hours, he hopped back on to drop a quick request regarding a less lofty matter, as he asked Steve Ballmer, owner of the L.A. Clippers, if he could redesign the team's new mascot.
Kendrick Lamar's "Untitled Unmastered" Goes No. 1
Kendrick Lamar gets his second No. 1 album in under the year.
Kendrick Lamar's surprise compilation album untitled unmastered. tops this week's Billboard 200 chart. According to Nielsen Music, the album moved 178,000 equivalent album units (and 142,000 pure album sales) for the week ending March 10. With this week's top spot, Kendrick Lamar has earned two No. 1 albums in the past year, following To Pimp a Butterfly, released on March 15, 2015.
Unsurprisingly, untitled unmastered. did not outsell To Pimp a Butterfly, which sold 363,000 album units in its first week. Still, seeing that the new album was released with zero promo and that each of its eight tracks are both untitled and unmastered (obviously), the sales speak volumes to Kendrick's star power.
Billboard reports that Kendrick is the third act since the beginning of 2015 to achieve two No. 1 albums in less than a year -- the other two being Drake and Future. Man, hip-hop is really dominating these days.
For this week's chart, the other notable hip-hop release is 2 Chainz' ColleGrove, which is effectively a joint album with Lil Wayne, with Weezy guesting on eight of twelve tracks. The album, Chainz' first since 2013 B.O.A.T.S. II, makes its debut at No. 4 on the chart with first week sales of 53,000 units. Ahead of ColleGrove is Rihanna's Anti, which holds steady at No. 3, and Adele's 25, which has been fluctuating between No. 1 and 2 since its November release.
T.I. Posts Angry Video Message For Donald Trump
T.I. has some strong words for Donald Trump.
As Donald Trump continues to remain the frontrunner for the GOP nomination, big names from the hip-hop world have begun to proclaim their disapproval of his potential presidency. Just yesterday, John Legend called Trump a racist in a Twitter back and forth with the real estate tycoon's son (Donald Jr.), and a few days ago, Chris Brown went on a heated Instagram tirade (in written form) against Trump's allegedly racist policy stances. Rapper T.I. is the latest to voice his opposition to the controversial candidate, as he went on Instagram today to post a video message directly intended for Trump's own ears.
"Donald Trump, this message is for you," began the Grand Hustle boss. "My name is Clifford "T.I.P." Harris. I say this as nonviolently but unapologetically as possible: Fuck you and fuck what you stand for! Nobody who supports me will support you. End of message."

Barack Obama Expresses His Love For J. Cole
The President reveals he's a big fan of J. Cole at SXSW.
Obama's love for hip-hop is now well-established. The President cited Kendrick Lamar's "How Much a Dollar Cost" as his favorite song of 2015, and he even invited the Compton rapper to meet with him in the Oval Office. He also recently talked to Kanye West, apparently, as Ye revealed that Obama made him promise he would make beats for Nas' next album. Yesterday, Obama visited SXSW in Austin, Texas to deliver the festival's keynote address. After that speech, which focused on the challenges facing America's tech industry, Obama went on to speak at a fundraiser for the Democratic National Committee, which also featured a performance from J. Cole.
Considering Cole's appearance at the event, it's not surprising Obama is a supporter of the Dreamville emcee, but it's still awesome to hear the world's most powerful man express his admiration for the Fayetteville rapper.
"I love J. Cole," said Obama to an adoring crowd. "You know, this is the benefit of having teenage daughters. I actually keep up." Obama also said he was able to speak with Cole's mother and grandmother before the event.
It seems the ultimate credit for the prez's hip-hop knowledge has to go to his daughters. Over a year ago, Malia was spotted donning a Pro Era T-shirt, so she's obviously familiar with huge stars like J. Cole. Whoever wins the next election, no candidate's family will be loved by the hip-hop world like the Obamas are.
The Weeknd Hints At Starting A "New Chapter"
Is another project on the way?
Since he started promoting Beauty Behind The Madness, The Weeknd has been referring to the various phases of his career as "chapters," releasing a teaser for the LP with the title "Chapter 3," and at one point matching these phases to projects in his bio (Chapter 1: Trilogy, Chapter 2: Kiss Land... etc.).
Ariana Grande Performs New Music, Interns At Tidal & Impersonates Rihanna On SNL
Ariana Grande was the musical guest and host of this week's Saturday Night Live.
In the tradition of Ray Charles, Mick Jagger, Janet Jackson, Jennifer Lopez, Justin Timberlake, MC Hammer (?) and Taylor Swift, Ariana Grande took on double duties on last night's episode of Saturday Night Live, serving as both the host and musical guest.
With plenty of experience in both singing and acting, she made it work, particularly when she combined her talents in a skit that found her playing an intern at Tidal and doing various musical impressions (some we've heard before on Fallon), which included Britney Spears, Celine Dion, Whitney Houston, and Rihanna, most of which were pretty spot on, though there was a lazy jab at the incomprehensibility of Rih's patois on "Work".
From there, she performed two songs from her upcoming third album, Dangerous Woman, which included the title track and a brand new record called "Be Alright".
T-Pain, DeJ Loaf, Metro Boomin & Missy Elliott Have Been In The Studio Together
Whatever they're working on, it's going to be big.
T-Pain's Stoicville: The Phoenix album has been long in the making, but from the looks of it, the project will be worth the wait. Pain did some flexing on Twitter and Instagram yesterday, revealing that he'd just wrapped a studio session with the powerful team of Metro Boomin, DeJ Loaf, and Missy Elliott.
It's not clear where this super-collab will end up, but seeing as it was Pain who delivered the news, were hoping it'll be on his project, and that we'll be hearing it sooner than later. Then again, we could also see it landing on Missy's impending project.
From the headwear selection alone, T-Pain's pic with Metro and Missy seems to indicate something special was brewing at that session.

There Was A Metro Boomin Sign At The Donald Trump Protests In Chicago
Donald Trump called off his Chicago rally due to strong opposition from protesters.
Donald Trump has been a divisive figure in the American election to say the least, and the tension around his campaign came to a head in Chicago last night. Protesters showed up to the potential republican candidate's rally at the University of Illinois hours before his appearance, having a strong presence both inside and outside the venue.
Due to conflicts within the building (According to BBC1, Trump supporters were "wrestling" flags out of the hands of protesters, and one Trump opposer was able to make his way on stage before being escorted out by what seemed to be a secret service agent), Trump postponed the event before he even showed up.
Meanwhile, rap played a large role in the protests, with Kendrick Lamar's "Alright" being chanted, as well as a refrain inspired by Crime Mob's "Knuck If You Buck," but perhaps the most memorable hip-hop reference came with a sign that read, "Metro Boomin doesn't trust trump". Of course, the root of that particular phrase comes from Metro Boomin's drop, which most recently appeared on Kanye West's "Father Stretch My Hands Part 1". The tag is a clip of Future saying "If young Metro don't trust you I'm gon' shoot you," a quote that has inspired countless memes over the last few weeks.

The pop-up shop includes exclusive Pen & Pixel-style tour T-shirts as well as an exclusive A$AP Yams tribute shirt.
This news is manly for the L.A. folks, as that's the site of Future's temporary "Purple Reign" pop-up shop, which is open now through March 20. The shop houses the latest fashion merchandise from Future's Freebandz label as well as Future-inspired clothing items from well-known streetwear brands like Cease & Desist, DOPE, and RSVP.
